Books are non-returnable.  If your book is damaged as a result of shipment, please send a photo with a description of the damage to theadventuresofcaroline@gmail.com.  We will contact you to have your book replaced.

TAOC Store Merchandise:

 

Any returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be returned to us within 4 weeks after the product has been received by you. Please refer to the packing slip for return shipment location.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We do not accept returns for wrong size orders or buyer's remorse.
